🐼🏖Try this nutritious and fun bento breakfast recipe that you can prepare for your kids when school reopens next week!
Have a go at this quick breakfast bento recipe and pair it with MILO 50% Less Sugar Pack. @milosingapore
Recipe ingredients:
- 15g ready salmon flakes (about 2 spoons)
- 75g french beans, chopped (about 4 spoons)
- 100g rice cooked
- 1 small fish ball
- 1 round fish cake
- 1 crab stick
- some sushi seaweed
- 2 slices of carrot (optional)
1. In a pan, add the oil and sauté minced garlic until light brown. Add the french beans, salt and pepper and keep stirring until they are cooked.
2. In the bento, arrange half the box with some rice and fill the other half with the cooked french beans.
3. Add a layer of salmon flakes in the middle to create the tri-colour effect.
4. Cut a circle in the round fishcake and add the crab stick layer to create the swimming float.
5. Arrange the cooked fish ball in the middle and assemble the sushi seaweed features cut using punchers.
6. Optional - add in fish shape carrot slices.
