So often we are don’t realize how hard we are on ourselves. This is a lesson I have to keep working on. Why is it we feel more compassion and empathy for a friend going through something but when it comes to us we don’t show any of that? We talk negatively to ourselves and what we need to show is more love and support for ourselves and what we are going through, even if we feel like we failed at something. Show yourself more love ❤️
