The texture of each piece was impeccable, with the Kouign aman and croissant (an extra bonus piece😛) standing out with their buttery flaky layers. Some flavors were too refined for my layman tastebuds so I couldn’t quite appreciate the smoked cruffin and the tartlava, with the latter living up to the authentic sweetness of a baklava.
