Starting @summerfridays has been one of my greatest joys but when we started working on the brand, it was so overwhelming to even know where to begin.

We didn’t have the background of working at a beauty company and we’d never ran a business before - but that didn’t stop us from wanting to be entrepreneurs.

@laurengores and I created it out of a love for products, a passion for sharing things with our audience and a long relationship with our community that helped guide our product formulation.

One of the biggest hurdles is figuring out how to sell your products to your customers - after asking so many of my founder friends they had recommended @shopify to launch our online store.
