What I eat in a day is always highly requested, so I wanted to share some of the foods, snacks, desserts and drinks I had last week. This isn't all the things I ate, but I tried to get most of it. At the end of each section, I made a list of the foods so you can screenshot them if you would like.
I try and opt for healthier ingredients and yummy foods. I have a serious sweet tooth and I love to snack. I do try and get enough protein and vegetables in my meals. I don't follow a diet and I don't eat for weight loss. I'm not on any kind of plan like keto or paleo or food combining. I'm also not an expert in those things, so if you are interested - there are so many great resources online to learn from the people who are educated to share with you!
