Photo by @joshuacogan Early in the morning, farmer Jordan Green gets cracked corn meal from the feeder to put in his chicken coops as his dog gets shade from the summer heat. Jordan, who does free range animal farming in the Shenandoah Valley has seen his sales boom since the pandemic began, and has been trying to keep up with demand. Compared to commodity and industrial chicken farms, each one of Jordan's coops are outside on grass and moved across the field twice a day.
