1. Make sure you are squeezing the pillow using your core. You shouldn’t been using your arm muscles to hold it in place. Keep your shoulders off the ground and BREATHE!

2. You’ll feel this one in your inner thighs and abs! If you find that your back is coming off the ground try putting your hands under your butt.

3. Control your body as you lower back to the ground. One Vertebrae at a time! Want some tips on practicing this?

4. You’ll feel this in your inner thighs, shoulders and abs!!! Try not to look down at your feet. Keep you back flat and don’t forget to breathe!
