SWIPE 👉🏼 for my fave SWEET TOOTH SNACKS! Coming from a Cuban household I grew up with a MASSIVE sweet tooth (andddd still have it 🤷🏻‍♀️). While these aren’t quite pastelitos...womp womp womp...they are MUCH healthier alternatives that can kick those cravings in a way your waistline won’t yell at you for 😝

1. Greek Yogurt + Berries + Honey. Yogurt can be pretty tart so adding some fruit and little honey makes it sweeter and still satisfying! I’ve even added lemon juice to this before and although it sounds odd I promise it’s 💣

2. Watermelon + Whipped Cream. Try going for dairy free whipped cream! They sell both coconut and almond milk based dairy free at most grocery stores ☺️

3. Rice Cake + PB + Choc Chips! A little bit of choc won’t hurt your fitness goals! It’s when we deprive ourselves that we end up binging on an entire cake later - been there 🙃 Moderation is key!

4. Ok so this protein bar pretty much taste like a box of thin mint Girl Scout cookies and I am obsessedddd with it! 🙈 (link in my bio on my site under supps and there IS a 110% money back guarantee so if you’re hesistant bc you’re not sure if you’ll like them - don’t be!)

5. Apple + PB. I actually use almond butter but I would have gotten a ton of questions asking what AB was sooo any nut butter of your choice is just fine!

6. Protein Shakes! Although I always encourage eating whole foods over shakes, sometimes absolutely incredible flavors like magical charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and blueberry muffin 😳😳😳 can def help you stay satisfied for less than 150cals!
