Juicing Hack!

I loveeeee my juices and have one every morning in place of coffee BUT as ‘healthy’ as they are they can also easily pack in a TON of extra sugar!
.
When juicing I suggest aiming for a veggie base like celery or cucumber, adding more veggies like beets or carrots and only adding one fruit like an apple!
.
It’s MUCH easier to over consume when it’s drinkable so just be cautious and aim for eating your fruits whole so you get the fiber instead!
.
PS - juicing happens with a juicer so you remove the fiber and it’s a quicker burst of energy and nutrients. Smoothies happen with a blender so you retain the fiber and takes a little longer to digest :)
