With women accounting for three quarters of the Group’s workforce, LVMH has always been giving a special consideration to gender equality in the workplace by promoting career development and empowerment for women through several initiatives.
Following state-of-the-art theoretical coursework from the brand-new Women Leadership & Sustainability education program by @クリスチャンディオール, participants from all over the world will then be invited to put what they learned into practice by creating a project that supports the empowerment of young girls: the #DreamForChangeProject.
They will also be invited to attend live interviews of prestigious guests, recognized for their involvement in supporting #diversity & #inclusion.
