Slow ab warm up & a couple of my favorite ab exercises! These are NOT easy. Make sure you remember to breathe. Take breaks if you need them and try playing your favorite playlist to keep you going. I’m loving Tropical House right now!

AB WARM UP
- Bird Dog: 10.
Downward Dog to push up: 10.
- Rock forward & back: 10.
- Mountain climbers: 10.
- Shoulder touch: 10.
- Spider crawls: 10.
- Knee to floor touches: 10
- One arm lift side to sky: 10.
- Push up position to plank: 10.
- Plank Hold: 30 sec

AB EXERCISES.
- lemon, lime, grapefruit: 10.
- Alternating V ups: 20.
- Russian Twists: 20.
- Hollow Hold: 15 sec.
- Side ups: 20.
- Heel touch tuck ins: 20.
- Legs vertical butt ups: 20
- leg lifts: 5
- Legs down straddle up: 5
- Straddle down legs up: 5
