Since school is out, camp is canceled and we have no travel plans for the foreseeable future, we decided to google “local roadside attractions,” which brought us here. This is THE BIG DUCK. Eastern Long Island’s version of The Big Ball Of Twine. 😆 It’s been here since the 1930s when duck farmer Martin Maurer built it to use as a shop to sell....... DUCKS. Gift shop was closed. Girls took a pic. I told them to pose like a duck. And then we went back home 🤷🏻‍♀️
