Rayshard was so clearly frightened. Yes, he resisted arrest - but mere minutes before that, he had been asleep in his car. He panicked - no surprise given the force used by the police officers and PTSD from witnessing the death of George Floyd. Tragically, he shared the same fate. It’s a very sad day.
