Do you know those workouts that turn into chatty chill sessions?😂 Had so much fun working out w/ my brother but it became a very long workout with more talking than doing😂.

So little update! I definitely lost some strength the last few months because of the corona lockdown on gyms- so this session was more focused on getting in high reps and simply letting my body get the movement it needs to stay active. If you have the same like I do, don’t worry! Your mind to muscle connection will save us when the gyms open🙋🏻‍♀️🙏🏼 simply focus on movement now and don’t be a couch potato everyday- it will give you a head start for later on instead of you starting from 0 again🤞🏽 Let’s pray for the gains and hope everything goes back to normale soon!😅 is your gym open yet?!🥺.

THE WORKOUT WE DID:
• Squats - 5 sets x 20 reps.
• Band pulldowns - 4 sets x 20 reps.
• Leg raises - 3 sets of as many reps as possible. • chest press - 3 sets x 15/20 reps. (In the video it’s my last set so I could only make 12🥴).
