➡️ Banded Moving Push Ups
➡️ Single to Double Arm Lat Pull Down
➡️ Banded Pulse Raises
➡️ Banded Single Arm Rows (one arm)
➡️ Banded Single Arm Rows (other arm)
➡️ Banded Tricep Pulldown (one arm)
➡️ Banded Tricep Pulldown (other side)
Set a timer for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest and complete 4 rounds for a 30 minute session 💦
