Yoga scripture says that the practice imbues practitioners with the ability to balance two opposing forces within themselves in a state of peace. That the yogi transcends dualism by embodying wholeness is the essence of the spiritual path, the awakening that leads to realize your intrinsic value. Yoga can only experienced and this class truly unites yin and yang within your body, mind and soul. In an increasingly polarized world, an immersive and embodied experience of wholeness is a miracle. You can be that miracle when you practice and truly anchor the state of love within yourself. And then, naturally you will he guided to the consequential action that makes your love realized in the world around you. Remember love without the action to back it up is just pretty words. Yoga is a practice, an action taken when you get on the mat. Like practice, love is not real, until you commit to doing the work to make it so.
