We’re a bit at a loss for what to say and how to say it. We feel heartbroken and angry, but we will not be silent and complicit. We stand in solidarity with the black community. We condemn the systemic racism that has led to too many lives lost in this country. To our black co-workers, collaborators, friends, and family: we hear you, we see you, and we support you. We will continue to educate ourselves, donate where we can, and try to use our voice to propel change. We hope this is the moment when real change begins to take hold. We can do better, and we will. Black Lives Matter.
