“Female Staff Take on the Role of Mum”
The baby orangutans are able to trust and relax easily around female staff. Taking on the role of a mother, the female staff have been close to the orphans for many years. However, the orangutans' ultimate fate is that they must eventually return to the forest. In order to teach them how to survive in the forest, the staff standing in for the orangutans' mother must also serve as their teacher, sternly raising the orphans.

赤ん坊が心を許しやすいのは女性のスタッフである。母親の代わりとして、何年も孤児たちに寄り添う存在となる。しかし、彼らはいずれ森に帰らなければならない運命が待っている。森で生きる術を学ばせるため、母親代わりのスタッフは教師として、厳しく孤児たちを教育しなければならない。
