Claudine Doury – The Last Nomads of Siberia

This week we are presenting a former LOBA winner who has remained dedicated to her 1999, award-winning theme for decades. The French photographer has continued visiting the region north of the Arctic Circle with her Leica M6. The nomadic people living there were the focus of her LOBA series, which now, in 2020, has been enhanced with the publication of Amour, Doury’s photo book combing her 1990s photographs with her current work.
