In this video I’m going to show you three different lever positions to getting to a full lever. 👍🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As you slide your leg to a bent position, the lever gets easier and easier. Make sure you switch legs as well to round out the drill. Also make sure your shoulders, back, and hips are engaged (not floppy).
