Fry on low heat to infuse flavors into the oil. Set aside and leave oil in the pan  2) Fry garlic and Chilli padi, add in spring onion 3) Add in all sauces, followed by dried Chilli, lotus roots, peri peri chicken chunks. Stir fry for 1-2min  4) add in corn starch slurry. fry till sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly  5) turn on heat.
