Answer... what I actually do for workouts. I have been scheduling this in for the past 7 years. Simple 2x run, 2x golf circuit/lift,2x yoga. Every week. I do not have a trainer, just music or a podcast, I do love hot yoga classes. I find getting workouts done early keeps me on track and starts my day right. 5:15 start. #houradayeveryday #moveinmay
