Leg workout from this afternooon! 🙌🏻 Long band is from Target a few years ago, glute band is @_innerartist_

Warm up: 2 rounds of 20 banded side steps (10 each leg) & 12 banded squat pulses⁣

Hip thrust complex: 4 sets of - regular hip thrusts (15 reps), single leg thrusts (10 each leg), thrust to abductors (12 reps)⁣

Super Set: Band hamstring curls (4 sets of 10 each leg) with Band / KB RDL’s (4 sets of 15) with RDL’s you want to hinge at the hips and push your butt back and not just bend down using your back. Pull yourself up using your glutes and hamstrings.⁣

Super Set: KB goblet squats (3 sets of 15) with KB reverse lunges (3 sets of 12 each leg)⁣
