The best part about training at home is not having to change out of my sweats 😁😇 Did an upper body workout with the beloved kettlebell today lol full workout listed down below!
- KB shoulder press: 4 x 10 reps each arm
- Super set: bent over row (3 sets of 12 each arm) with bicep curls (3 sets of 15)
- Overhead tricep extension: 3 sets of 12
- Super set: Front raises (3 sets of 15) with upright rows (3 sets of 15)
- Super set: push ups (3 sets of 10) with ab wheel (3 sets of 10 - you can do caterpillar walk outs if you don’t have the roller!) *I SUCK at the ab wheel hahaha watch me die*
Outfit: new @balanceathletica bra *not sure of release date* sweats are @MISSGUIDED lol
