Some of you might've seen it on my Story that I've been trying to get up much earlier lately to fix my sleeping hours. As a result of that, I've only been getting 4-5 hours of sleep every day for the past three weeks because it was still hard for me to fall asleep early (I used to sleep at 3-5AM 🦉). It was all good and enjoyable, until yesterday I felt a bit unwell (maybe due to PMS too), so I chugged a Tolak Angin, hit the bed early, and this morning I gave myself permission to "fail" by ignoring my alarm and sleeping for another 3 hours (total 10 hours)! 🥳

So, what I wanted to say is, keep on stretching yourself outside of your comfort zone, but always listen to your body and take it easy. 🙏♥️ #HomeELone #quarantinelife
