We started taking our jump ropes on our walks. Every time we see a dog we run in place for 1 minute, a person in a mask gets us lunging for 30 seconds, a bird = jumping jacks for a minute and Kyler complaining = jump rope for 30 seconds.
Let's just say we jump roped the most.
Used my @1stphorm running belt to keep the time. If I left it up to Ky, we know how that would turn out 😂
