Today’s workout focuses on my upper body strenghts. Step by step I work myself towards my goal. On the pic you see one exercise I repeat 3 times with 3 min rest in between. Starting with my arms next to my body and then slowly move my arms outwards. I do this about 5-6 times and use a strong elastic band for help. Every now and then I include this exercise into my program, because some climbing moves demand such „armspan-related“ strength. This workout is quite challenging and is suitable for people with advanced fitness level.
