ブルーボトルコーヒーの「コールドブリュー缶」と「粉寒天」を使用した、美味しいコーヒーゼリーの作り方をご紹介します！⠀

#お家時間 に、ほろっと崩れる寒天ゼリーの滑らかな食感をお楽しみください。⠀

[材料 1人分]
・ブルーボトル コールドブリュー缶 (236ml) 1缶
＊コーヒーの味はお好きなもので！
・砂糖 26g
・粉寒天 5g
[作り方]
1. コールドブリュー、砂糖を鍋に入れて火にかけ、温める
2. 砂糖が溶けたら火を止めて、粉寒天をヘラなどで混ぜながら入れる。
3. 再び火にかけ一度沸騰させる。
4. 火を止めて、濡れたダスターなどの上に鍋を置き、混ぜながら荒熱をとる。
5. お好きな容器に入れ、冷蔵庫で一晩冷やし固める。
[ Ingredients (1 serving) ]
・Blue Bottle Cold Brew Can (Bold, Bright or Single Origin) : 1 can (236ml)
・Sugar: 26g
・Agar Powder: 5g
[ Recipe ]
1. Pour cold brew and sugar in a pan and turn on the heat.
2. When all sugar melts, turn off the heat and add the agar powder. Stir with a spatula.
3. Turn on the heat again and bring to a boil.
4. Turn off the heat, set the pan on a wet towel, and stir to cool down.
5. Pour it in a container of your choice and chill overnight in the fridge.
