AD: If you've followed me for a while, you'll remember when my hair snapped from bleach a couple of years back. I've been trying to get it back to full health ever since! I've come a long way, but it's still so dry and damaged, especially when I usually have to get it styled so much for work.

One thing I'm taking advantage of during isolation is the time to restore my hair to full health, and I've been using and loving the #HydrateAndRecharge range from @johnfriedauk for the last few weeks. 💁🏼‍♀️💦 I know this sounds weird, but you know when you put the conditioner in your hair and you can tell straight away whether your hair absorbs it? My hair is instantly soft and silky when I use the conditioner, plus it smells amazing too.
