WADA’S KITCHEN CHALLENGE - @和田毅 started with an amazing curry rice this week.🍛 @dsarfate followed it up with a delicious looking buta-don. Thanks guys for the inspiration (our wives are amazing, aren’t they😉?) Tonight it’s my turn. On the menu:
🍗Lemon grass chicken marinated with garlic, fresh lemon, lemongrass, lime leaf, salt and olive oil.
🍠 Sweet potatoes sprinkled with olive oil, turmeric and curry herbs and a spoon of whole grain mustard.
🥬 Spinach, leek and shiitake cooked in coconut oil.
🥣 Red miso in dashi (Japanese bouillon of fish)
