I had to learn pretty early on how to incorporate flexibility into my training regimen. I had to look for those holes in my schedule that would allow me to get my training in. I keep an emergency run kit in the car and running gear at my desk for that reason. If a window opens up where I can get my run in, I do it. Policies like the one here that allow us three hours a week to workout have been incredibly helpful. Knowing that Agency leadership supports a healthy lifestyle has been unbelievable.
