◆自身の教室を持つこと
*
10年前は自分が教室を持つとは考えられなかった。むしろ講師は向いてないと思っていた。
*
故伊藤欣石先生や師匠の望月暁云先生のはからいもあり、シダックスカルチャースクールで講師を開始し、受講生の上達に喜びを感じるようになって、自分の考え方も変わってきた。
*
独立前の銀行員時代には、マネジメント業務に加え、当局対応もあるなど怒涛の兼業生活であったが、どうすればメンバーが楽しく仕事できるかを自分なりに考えながら過ごす日々、メンバーにも恵まれ、そして助けられ、独立も快く祝ってくれた。今でも感謝しかない。

楽しく心地よく仕事できる環境をどうつくるか、この経験は書の学ぶ環境にも生かされる、いや、必ず生かす。
*
今は講師が天職と思い、新しい教室を門下生の最善の学びの場にするために取り組むのみ。

◆ Having own classroom
*
Ten years ago I was not considered to have my own classroom. Rather, I thought I wasn't good at teaching.
*
At the recommendation of the teachers, I started a calligraphy lecturer. Since then, I have been pleased that the students I have taught improve my calligraphy. My thinking has changed.
*
Before my independence, when I was a manager at the office of a salaried worker, I had a tremendous part-time job with management services and the Financial Services Agency's response, but I was blessed with the days I spent while thinking about how members can work happily. *
And they helped, and they were happy to celebrate my independence. I can only thank them even now.
*
How to create an environment where you can work happily and comfortably, this experience can be applied to an environment where you can learn calligraphy.
*
Only work to make the new classroom the best learning place for students.
*
