隠岐牛店島生まれ、島育ち - Instagrammers Gourmet

隠岐諸島の海士町へ、シンポジウムのファシリテーターをしに来ておりました。
隠岐牛、希少部位のステーキ重。しっかり、ご飯が余らないくらいお肉のボリュームはあります。これで2千円なり。
贔屓なしで、柔らかくてめちゃくちゃ美味しかった❣️
隠岐牛は、島生まれ、島育ちの未経産の雌牛が条件。ちなみに海士町の限られた地区で育てられた牛です。
ユネスコ世界ジオパークの隠岐諸島。
大自然の中育つ牛さん🐃、美味しくないわけがない！
ちょっと高いけど、このランチなら手が届きました😋おすすめです❗️


I attended a symposium as facilitator in Ama town ,Oki District .
Today's lunch was Oki beef steak box of rare part.
It's very filling. This costs 2000yen.
Without partiality, that meat was so tender and great ❣
Oki beef refers to a nulliparous cow born and raised on the Oki Islands (Ama Town, Nishinoshima Town, Chibu Village, and Okinoshima Town)
The Oki islands are UNESCO Global Geopark.
The cows are from beautiful nature.
So there's no way it could taste bad.
It's a bit expensive but worth eating 😋
