HUMMUS😍 My sister made a big batch and put it in my fridge last week, and it was so good because any time I wanted a snack, I just put some pita bread on a pan or cut up raw vegetables and had that before or after the gym! So quick and easy 💪👌
This is the recipe! :
✅ 2 x 400g cans of chickpeas
✅ 1 tsp cayenne pepper
✅ 3 tbsp lemon juice
✅ 2 garlic cloves, crushed
✅ 1/2 cup olive oil
✅ Sprinkle of salt and pepper
Depending on what flavours you like, you could also add:
✅A handful of coriander
✅1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Just throw all of the ingredients into a blender, except for the olive oil, stopping to wipe down the edges when needed. Once blended, gradually add the olive oil until the hummus is a nice consistency. And that's it! SO easy and it'll last in your fridge for up to 5 days.
