Printed on some of the 6,328 books in the installation are the names of first or second-generation immigrants to Britain, marking their significant contributions to British culture. Among names such as Zadie Smith, Dame Helen Mirren and Hans Holbein, the names of some of those who have opposed immigration also appear.
