How is it that this sweet little 7 lb bundle has taught me so much already?!? 1) Patience - to get through the struggles of pregnancy, to await her sweet arrival, to wait to train when my body can handle it. 2) Gratitude - Never did I realize how much I already have everything I need and want in life and learn to love the simplest of things that have made my heart feel so full until Aria arrived. 3) Determination - women are already superwomen & can accomplish anything. Having gone through a tough pregnancy, labor and delivery helps hi-light what I already know, that women can accomplish anything. 💪🏽👊🏽❤️ 4) Self-less - never did I think how much I would enjoy being self-less and giving up my time, & energy for someone else so much.
