My breakfast this morning 😍 Overnight chia seed pudding. Just throw it together before bed and wake up to a nutritious breakfast ready to be enjoyed! Here is the recipe if you would like to try it:
CHIA SEED PUDDING
❥ Gluten free ⋅ Dairy free ⋅ Refined sugar free
❥ High in fiber, protein, healthy fats (Omega-3s)
Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1/2 cup of oat milk, almond milk or coconut milk
• 1 pinch of natural organic vanilla powder
• 1 pinch of cinnamon
• 1/2 mashed banana (optional)
Topping: fresh berries, nuts, hemp seeds & coconut flakes
Mix the ingredients with a spoon until all the chia seeds are incorporated into the milk. If you want banana as well, just mash it and add it to the mix!
Place in fridge overnight to thicken.
Time for topping! I sprinkled some fresh berries, nuts, hemp seeds & coconut flakes on mine 🥥♥
