Finally not in running clothes. Still wears running watch.

Today included 18.6km of running, 1 hour gym sesh, 45mins of physio, admin, and lunch with these amazing ladies!
Although I love my personal training and coaching jobs it's great to be part time for the next wee while and have a bit more time for training and recovery!
