Some projects take awhile to complete , and this film is from a shoot I did in 2014 with the ever wonderful @amandaharlech . I asked the brilliant editor @younjiku to go back through the film from the shoot and make a Fashion Film .
It’s now finished and on SHOWstudio.com .
The original premise was to revive the bonnet, a now largely extinct piece of headwear with a rich and varied history. We asked a wonderful group of designers including @riccardotisci , Sarah Burton of @アレキサンダー・マックイーン , @Iris Van Herpe , @スティーブンジョーンズ , @thechrissutton and @JWアンダーソン to create their own interpretation of the bonnet. This new film accompanies and brings to life images in the original 2014 project Bonnet.
