初めてのAustralia🇦🇺。
今回はお目当てのCrossFit BoxがあったのでオーストラリアのGold Coastへ行きました✈️。
綺麗な海も近く、街も見渡す限りフィットネスジムだらけ。もちろんあちこちアスレジャーファッションの子達だらけ。いつも私がやっている格好でも普通に馴染んでいました😂。
どこもかしこもというワケでは無いかもしれないけれど、身体に対する意識が高い雰囲気を感じました。
CrossFitでは本場のアスリート( @katelin_vanzyl : Fittest woman in Australia🇦🇺 )と一緒に過ごしました。
毎日のハイボリュームのトレーニングについて行くのに必死で、毎日ぶっ潰され毎日惨敗続き😓w
どれだけ自分のレベルが低いか思い知らされました😅😅
そして毎朝毎晩、筋肉痛の悲鳴と戦っていました😂⚡️ww
そんな本場アスリート達と戦わないといけない大会が来月アメリカ🇺🇸で控えています。それの修行だと思って今回いい機会を得る事が出来ました💪🏻🔥
今回ゴールドコーストへしか行けてないですが、この旅を経てオーストラリアの環境・文化全部好きになりました。
しかしオーストラリアの他の地域では大きな山火事があり大変な事になっています。自然が壊れ始め動物達も悲鳴を上げています。
初めて訪れたオーストラリア。
もっと知りたい、もっと感じたいと思ったからこそ、この環境問題から目を背けてはいけない。拡散する事しか今の私には出来ないですが、どこに住んでいようが私達の地球には変わりありません。一緒に守っていきたいです🌏。
旅は「 学び 」。
私はいつもそう思っています。頭をスポンジみたいに柔らかくして色んな事を感じて帰るのです✈️。
明日から変わらなきゃいけない自分をまたひとつ見つける事が出来ました。

My heart goes out to all the animals and regions affected by the wild fires....
This trip was booked before it started to burn and so I felt I would go and experience Australia for the first time. Although I only spent time on the Gold Coast, I was deeply impressed by the interest for healthy living and fitness. The abundance of fitness clubs, the athletic fashion and most importantly for the CrossFit community left an incredible impression on me.💪🏻
This time I was fortunate enough to work out with the fittest woman in Australia and during my time here I realized how big the world is. I have found great inspiration to strive for a better, stronger me.
