The healing process seems to have been relatively quick and smooth though. I started a rehab program + took some days off from climbing (but kept doing other types of training to maintain circulation) directly when it happened. Back on the wall again here in Sperlonga and the shoulder feels good 🙏🏼 Will still be careful and wait a few more days to go 100%. Now off to Rome for a day before going back to Stockholm 🍕」1月5日 2時26分
