Anna Starodubtsevaさんのインスタグラム写真 - (Anna StarodubtsevaInstagram)「Entrepreneur struggles! ⠀ My biggest challenge these days when I’m dedicating all my time and energy to my new business is - Understanding and Support. ⠀ When I started my fitness career and my training business I’ve lost many friends.They just couldn’t get me at that time and that’s ok. ⠀ Now I started something new, something exciting,challenging, something that makes me grow as a person,as a business woman,as a professional. I love it,I really do and I’m all in again just like 8 years ago. ⠀ The biggest problem for me was to deliver very important message to my family and friends that I’ll be out for a while! I won’t be social, I won’t do things that we used to together,I won’t even be available to talk most of the time, because I’m on the mission. I talk briefly to my parents once every two weeks now (used to be every other day). I don’t meet up with friends for casual lunch,dinner,I skip most of the activities we used to do together. Sometimes I can’t even call back to my friends for a day or two. I don’t have time or energy for it. It’s hard... I feel guilty ... Very guilty... But I also know that those people who really care will be there and they will understand and support just like my parents did,although they’d love to talk to me more often,like my closest friends did,although they really need me sometimes,like some other friends who try to reach out and get simple “sorry,later,no time”. There are some people who don’t , and they will make you guilty and they try to pull you back and those that no longer need to be in your life, and thats ok. It’s a great opportunity to clean up your surroundings. These times make you appreciate every person,every moment in your life even more,more than ever before. ⠀ It won’t be like this forever,one day I’ll go back to more normal life where I spend more time with people I love, but before I have to create a small empire... it’s work in progress. ⠀ You too my friends,don’t get upset if your surroundings doesn’t get you or don’t support you.Just do you,keep going, move forward and be strong.
