Been switching up my work outs, doing more yoga these days in tandem with my Training Mate and 🎾 lessons to help with my chronic back pain. Dynamic stretching before a workout is a must and adding in my @theragun • acupuncture and cupping with @dr.kara.aculand • @thetoxla massages and @sajewellness pain relief oils before bed. Anyone else have injuries that affect their work outs?
