To the gym before rehearsal.
Yesterday’s night was
rugby🏉 so
couldn’t visit the gym
therefore I was determined to go today.

And no performance today,
so I’m on a petite fasting.
But last night I had
bit too much of tasty food so
whether this will have an effect or not is
???

お稽古前にジムへ
昨日は夜
ラグビー🏉だったので
ジム行けずにて
本日は必ずと思ってました。

そして今日舞台ないので、
プチ断食してます。
と言っても昨晩すこし
美味しいものを食べ過ぎたので笑
効果あるか否かは
