Every body is unique. We have different sizes, shapes, metabolisms, bone structure, fat content, digestively, food sensitivities, energy levels, blood types etc.
The only ‘diet’ that works for everyone is real food. Some people do better with grains or animal protein, others don’t. Some feel better on high fat, some feel better on high carb. Gluten and dairy are considered real foods but I personally don’t eat them because of intolerances.
We are all so unique, which is why what works for your friend, might not work for you and vice versa. The best diet is one that works with your individual genetic makeup, what agrees with your body, what you will adhere to most, and what encourages a positive mental/emotional relationship with food.
