Your will Need:
2 Lg Organic Zucchini Chopped
Or Sub Your Favorite Vegetables
2 Lg Green Spring Onions Chopped
1-2 Sweet Peppers
1-2 Spicy Chili de Arbol or Hot Peppers
Cashews or Peanuts Optional.
1 Yellow Onion
1-2 TB @Flavorgod Seasonings Lemon Garlic
Olive Oil Spray.

In a Wok or Any Non Stick Pan • Pan Sear all the above ingredients until Sweated or Lightly Golden. Remove From Pan to a Bowl.

1-2 Chicken Breasts or Tofu Trimmed Chopped & Pounded out Roughly
2 TB Onion Powder (NOT onion Salt)
1 TB @Flavorgod Seasonings Lemon Garlic Blend.

Roll Chicken in Spices to Coat as if It Were Flour. Make sure Pan is Fully Heated Medium-High & Sprayed with More Olive Oil before Adding Chicken to sear. Flip when Golden Brown. Cook Both Sides then Remove all Chicken & Place into the Bowl with Veggies.

General Tso Sauce:
1/4 C Honey
1/4 C Coconut Aminos or
Low Sodium Soy Sauce
3 TB Rice Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic Chopped
1 TB Finely Grated Ginger
3-6 Dried Chili de Arbol or any Fresh Spicy Pepper to Taste
1TB Tomato Paste
1-8 TB Sriracha. I Like a LOT

Starting with Garlic & Ginger Add to Same Pan • Cook For a few Min's • then add All the Rest of the Sauce ingredients. Warm Gently.

Add All the Chicken & Veggies back into the Pan with the Sauce. Gently Fold into Sauce. Heat Through with Lid on for a Few Minutes.
Serve on Steamed Jasmine Rice. •
