I was battling the demons (not Damon’s 🤣) inside. Lost in the deep sea of disordered eating, I was also wading in the unforgiving waters of anxiety and depression. 🖤On the outside I was achieving my highest dreams, playing this badass huntress (a true gift from the #tvd writers), but on the inside I was at my lowest. I’m sharing this because you never know what someone is going through. I didn’t even totally know myself at the time. ✨Also, there’s always a way out. The one thing I can say, is that I never gave up on myself. I got HELP. Now I’m healthier than I’ve ever been and I work to make that choice true everyday. You can too.
