Fri ・Time：13:00-15:00 ・Guest：Callum Hare . ■ゲストプロフィール： 2014年からコーヒーコレクティブで働くカラムさんは、コーヒーのおいしさを伝えるべく世界各所でワークショップやプレゼンテーションを開催しています。アフリカのコーヒー生産地を訪れることが多いので、エチオピアやケニア産のコーヒーに精通しています。今回カラムさんは、東京のみなさんにアフリカのコーヒーの魅力を届けたいという思いのもと、ケニアとエチオピアの豆を用意していただきました。 . ■コーヒーコレクティブについて： 2006年にデンマークのコペンハーゲンにオープンしたコーヒーコレクティブ。北欧のスペシャルティコーヒーシーンを牽引して来たマイクロロースタリーで、現在はコペンハーゲンを中心に4店舗を展開しています。創業以来コーヒー生産者との関係を大切にしているため、取り扱う豆は農園から直接取引したコーヒーに限定しています。そういった背景からユニークなプロセスで精製されたレアな豆を楽しめるのが人気の一つ。 . <<English>> ■About COFFEE COLLECTIVE: Coffee Collective is a micro roastery in Copenhagen, Denmark that sources all their coffees directly from farmers. This approach grants them access to coffees not often seen on other roasters offer lists and rare lots. "The primary goal is to be transparent in the way we trade and the way we roast, to honour and respect the producers we work with. The coffee is roasted in Copenhagen on a Loring S35 Kestrel and brewed in our own coffee bars." . ■Guest Profile: Callum has been working with Coffee Collective since early 2014 and is the head of Domestic and International sales. Working as a barista for years prior Callum hosts workshops, tastings and was also responsible for bringing Coffee Collective to Seattle late last year alongside Co-Founder Klaus Thomsen. His knowledge lies heavily with African coffees having visited origin and as a result he finds himself drinking any African coffees on the menu and loves beer and wine which he hopes to drink when he's wandering the streets of Tokyo. ■List of coffee: >>Filter 1.
