Before and after breakfast 🍞
Are you also struggling with a big belly after eating? I know it mainly is already existing belly fat, but once i eat I look like 5 months pregnant- all day long 🙈
Why am I posting this? Well I try to keep it real on Instagram. And this belly makes me self conscious at times and that’s sad 😔
No fishing for compliments, just something I want to show less perfect pictures on the gram. 😋
朝ごはん食べる前と食べた後。
もともとそんな細くないのは分かってるけど、やはり食べるとお腹はめちゃ出てくるの恥ずかしさ。
なぜこれんインスタに載せる？それはねー インスタの完璧すぎるところに疲れたりするし、人間は色々悩みがあるので、パーフェクトじゃないところを見せるのも大事だと思っています❤️
