Start your weekend off right with these #ProvenEgg Chocolate Pancakes 🍫🥞
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 -2 scoops Chocolate Proven Egg
1/2 cup grounded oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 whole eggs
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Toppings (optional): Protein sauce, blueberries, blackberries, fruity cereal
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat a griddle to medium heat and lightly grease
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except the chocolate tips and toppings. When completely mixed, stir in chocolate chips
Pour about 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto greased griddle
Cooke pancakes for about 1 to 1.5 minutes per side, or until golden brown
For protein sauce, mix 1 tbsp. of protein powder with a little bit of water
Add toppings and enjoy! 😋
